ORDERS & SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Standard delivery takes 6–10 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free on all orders within the United Kingdom. For full details, please visit our Shipping Policy.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If your address is outside the UK, you will not be able to place an order at this time.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check your shipment status at any time on our Track Your Order Page.
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. If you need to cancel, please contact us at contact@rivemonde.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or does not match the description. Send an email to contact@rivemonde.com or use our Contact Form, providing your order number and reason for return. After verification, we will send you return instructions and the return address by email. You will then have 7 days from receiving our instructions to dispatch the item.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item following the procedure outlined in our Return and Refund Policy and place a new order for your preferred item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If the item meets our return conditions, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Items marked as final sale or flash sale are not eligible for a refund. All other items are eligible for return under the standard terms outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. Gift cards and personalised or made-to-order products are also non-refundable.
