Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for purchases made through the Rivemonde website. Rivemonde is owned and operated by CLONICORE LIMITED (Company Number: 16264861), registered at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
Delivery areas
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom only. Orders cannot be placed from or shipped to addresses outside the United Kingdom at this time.
Processing times
Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 6 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and logistical conditions. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum purchase requirement. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.
Order tracking and notifications
Every order includes tracking. You will receive the following communications by email:
- Order confirmation — sent automatically when your order is placed
- Dispatch notification — sent when your order is shipped, including a tracking number and tracking link
- Delivery updates — carrier notifications where available
Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged by hand using eco-friendly and sustainable materials. Every parcel is insured against loss or damage during transit.
Delivery issues, missing or damaged items
If you receive a missing, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process your request, please attach a photo of the parcel and the affected product.
We will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Free re-dispatch of the affected item
- A partial or full refund
- A credit note valid on your next order
Undelivered orders
If your order has not been delivered within 15 working days from the date of dispatch, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. Please contact us at contact@rivemonde.com with your order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
