Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled for purchases made through the Rivemonde website. Rivemonde is owned and operated by CLONICORE LIMITED (Company Number: 16264861), registered at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Right of withdrawal

Customers have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of receipt, without having to provide a reason.

Return eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging

Exceptions: Returns are not accepted for personalised items or intimate-use products (e.g. underwear), unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to request a return

  1. Notification — Send an email to contact@rivemonde.com or use our contact form, providing your order number and reason for return.
  2. Authorisation — After verification, we will send you return instructions and the return address by email.
  3. Dispatch — You have 7 days from receiving our instructions to dispatch the item. Please include a copy of your order confirmation inside the parcel.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or does not match the description.

Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
  • If the item meets our return conditions, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-refundable items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or made-to-order products
  • Items marked as final sale or flash sale

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure outlined above. To request a cancellation, contact us at contact@rivemonde.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item following the procedure above and place a new order.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your payment provider first, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@rivemonde.com and we will investigate the matter.

All refunds are processed through Shopify-supported payment providers and credited to your original payment method. Rivemonde does not store payment card details.
