Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our other site policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from RiveMonde.
Eligibility
To purchase from RiveMonde you must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Our Products and Information
RiveMonde sells clothing, footwear and accessories to customers in the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. All product descriptions, images and pricing are presented in good faith. Colours and details may appear slightly different on screen than in person. We reserve the right to amend descriptions, prices and stock availability at any time.
Placing an Order
When you proceed to checkout you are making an offer to purchase. We will email you to acknowledge your order, but this acknowledgement is not acceptance. A contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch your items. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons such as stock limitations, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
Pricing, Currency, Taxes and Shipping
Prices are shown and charged in your local currency based on your delivery country: GBP in the United Kingdom, USD in the United States and CAD in Canada.
Shipping is free on every order. The prices shown are final: no taxes or fees are added at checkout, and there are no import duties, customs charges or taxes to pay on delivery. The total displayed at checkout is the total you pay.
We strive to ensure all pricing is accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. Where a clear pricing error is identified, we will contact you before proceeding, or cancel the order and refund you in full.
Payment
Transactions are handled securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full payment card details. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Full details are in our Payment Policy.
Delivery
We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days, and delivery typically takes a further 6–10 business days. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Ownership and the risk of loss pass to you once the items are delivered to the address you provide.
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us and you may choose a free replacement or a full refund. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
You may cancel an order at no cost before it is dispatched. After delivery, you have 30 days to return eligible items in their original unworn condition with tags attached. Return postage is paid by the customer, except for faulty, damaged or incorrect items, which we cover in full. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Your Responsibilities
Please provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or contacting us. You must not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, compromise its security or attempt unauthorised access.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including the RiveMonde name, logos, text, graphics and images, is owned by or licensed to RiveMonde and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any of our content without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Services
Our online store is powered by Shopify. Certain features may rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services or platforms linked to or integrated with our website.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RiveMonde is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this Site or the purchase of our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any right or guarantee that cannot be excluded under the consumer protection law of your country, state or province of residence.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government action, carrier disruption or cyberattacks. If such circumstances last longer than 30 days, either you or we may cancel the affected order, and any payment for undelivered items will be refunded in full.

Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold RiveMonde harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
